OUR POLICY:

1. Cancellation/ Late /No-Show:

Here at Beauty Secrets Spa, please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we can adjust our schedule for other customers. If you are unable to provide a 24-hour notice, a $30 Cancellation fee will be charged.​ Please arrive ten minutes early to check in. Call us if you are running late by less than 15 minutes. If you are late by more than 15 minutes. Your appointment will be canceled, and your $30 deposit won't be returned. After any no-show or late cancellation, a 50% deposit will be required for your future appointment.（Not apply to Groupon customers.)

2. Groupon Vouchers 
Groupon Voucher only for new customers. We are available for scheduling on weekdays, but not on weekends. We can take two people at a time. Please call us (626-215-3204) before 48 hour to schedule an appointment and present your Groupon redemption code at the time of scheduling. We will redeem your Groupon Voucher if you do not call us to reschedule, cancel before 24 hours, or are unable to provide for your appointment.

3. We take appointments only. To schedule, please call (626) 215-3204 or book an
appointment on our website. Walk-ins are not available.

4. All our services are not available for pregnant women. We do not serve any pregnant women. 

5. It is not possible to refund the purchase of a Gift Card (Gift Certificates; Gift Vouchers). 

6. Products: We don't ship any products. Only store pickup. ALL products are FINAL sale,
Not returnable.
 
7. Last appointment is 6:30 pm.

8. We reserve the right to provide the final explanation.
